As November comes to a close we’re thankful to have such amazing support from our community and our awesome staff. We’ve been honored, this year, to be able to give to many groups on the islands, and across the state and now we are supporting the Butte County community by brewing #ResilienceIPA. We will donate 100% of the Resilience sales to the Sierra Nevada Camp File Relief Fund to support those impacted by the Camp Fire.
We’ll let you know as we near a release date for this beer!
December is full of music and cheer! We start off December 1st with the 30th annual Christmas with the Chefs benefit for local culinary students attending Hawai’i Community College – Palamanui and members of the Kona Kohala Chefs Association wanting further their education. Then we have 7 nights of music before closing, December 24th & 25th, to celebrate Christmas. Another Thursday & Friday of music bring us to our annual 3pm closure on New Year’s Eve.
The Brewhaus is closed New Year’s day – which is also the 1st day of the wonderful Waimea Ocean Film Festival. Be sure to get your tickets and see as many of their beautiful and thought provoking films as you can! Films show January 1-4 in several theaters in Waimea and at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Fairmont Orchid. Films continue January 5-9th at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai!
American Craft Beer Week is May 14-20 and, this year, instead of having beer tastings or brewery tours we’re asking you to raise a glass to help us raise funds for our island neighbors who have been displaced by the volcano.
